As others have said, hit or miss! I recently ordered a Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. The bread (Panera Bread) was really soft and mushy. The crust on the bread was fine but the bread was doughy. The quality of the bread should be the first best ingredient when your name is Panera Bread. The large soup bowls are very good as are some of the other sandwiches but are over priced for what you get. The best value at Panera is the Pick Two menu.

Terrible. Still just terrible. Snobby girls behind the counter. Food quality is below average. I wish Starbucks would come in and just throw this place out already. So frustrating!

Food is hit or mess. The staff is obviously inexperienced and clueless to what needs to be done. I waited 20 minutes for my to go order and I checked at the counter and they apologized and said they forgot. Waited another twenty minutes and checked the counter again and they put a different name on the order so i sat there listening to them call a name for a non existent person. "John" doesn't sound like "Nick" so i don't understand what happened.

Well -- I fell for the ads for the new bowl concoctions -- what's the old cliche " fool me once your fault -- fool me twice my fault" -- since my 2012 reviews I've just gone into the local Panera for coffee -- pretty hard to screw up a strong cup of coffee and they do keep it relatively fresh -- yesterday thought I'd try out a newly advertised noodle bowl -- I guess they got the broth mixed up with the dish water -- I'm done with anything other than a cup of coffee -- don't believe the ads

I never thought I'd see a tired and disheveled Panera's, but this one is. The place looks like an inner-city Burger King on a late Friday night. And the food is prepared and plated as sloppily. Unpleasant. Most of the photos of food on this place's Yelp page are company PR shots, so don't expect anything that resembles those.

The food is quite average, the portions are quite small, the plates and bowls make the food servings look larger than they actually are. The prices are too high for this over rated restaurant, average lunch for one is $12. The pastries are the only thing that I come for now, they are fresh made. I'd rather see a mom and pop coffee shop in this location, and support local business instead.

Restaurant was crowded, but line moved quickly. Dining room clean. Food tasty. Cashier Valerie was awesome.

This is probably the busiest eating establishment in Palm City during the lunch hour, but the staff handles it very well. They know how to get folks through the line quickly, and the food comes out fast too.

Good clean panera with a nice young staff. They are good kids, seems like most employees are in high school. The food is fast and the breads are baked every morning. Because its in a small town they generally have every type of pastry, bread and soup on hand and rarely sell out.

This is my local Panera and over the years its really good to see that they still maintain the high standards of customer service, cleanliness etc. The mostly young kids working there are well mannered & efficient and the same about the managers. In fact this is probably the only corporate chain restaurant where I'm greeted by my name. Now, I do avoid breakfast times especially on weekends due to the agonizing wait (some customers really take their sweet time to decide) and for some reason can't order a take out over the phone to skip the average half an hour to 45 minute line.

Asiago Roast Beef and that Tomato soup are amazinggggg!!!! However, I haven't been here in months. It is a very pretty establishment with free WiFi. It is annoying that some people go there just for that reason and take all of the outlets and don't buy anything. It is a better choice than the BK lounge and McDonald's for sure.

It is a typical chain, reliable, not too expensive. More importantly for me, however, was WiFi inside but not enough plugs for power.
